Kat Austen is an internationally acclaimed artist and researcher, specialising in the intersection of environmental issues and social engagement through the lens of creative practice. With a PhD in Chemistry, Kat’s multidisciplinary approach blends science, technology, and art to explore pressing topics such as climate change, environmental conservation, and the human relationship with nature.
Her work has been exhibited and performed globally, including in institutions like the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, Korea International Art Fair in Seoul, and Ars Electronica in Austria. Kat’s unique artistic practice often combines audio-visual installations, sculpture, and performance, pushing boundaries to inspire action and reflection on ecological issues. She is currently developing the Symbiophone, a new instrument that creates sounds from the measurement and removal of microplastic from sea water.

Alexandra has a degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge. She brings extensive global experience from 25 years at Johnson Matthey and as CEO of an AIM listed business, as well as being an accredited coach. She has a proven track record of creating high performance teams, and is leading Xampla in delivering its growth strategy and as it launches Morro materials into the market at scale.

Donald Morris, Country Manager for Cathay Pacific in Korea, began his career in hospitality, working over 10 years with Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts across the globe. He joined Cathay Pacific in 2015, managing inflight services and flight operations at the Hong Kong headquarters. In 2021 he took on the role as Country Manager Philippines based in Manila. Fluent in Dutch, English, German, and basic Mandarin. In his spare time, he enjoys family time, dining out, and playing a game of squash or golf in Korea.
