Event Details

Come explore the future of energyโ€”from nuclear fusion to offshore windโ€”and discover how key industries, including the petrochemical sector, are navigating the path to net zero.

Korea has committed to reaching net-zero emissions by 2050 and is currently refining its 2030 targets across major industries. However, for the Korean energy sector and many of its hard-to-abate industries such petrochemicalsโ€”reaching net zero will rely heavily on emerging technologies that are not mature or are yet to be developed.

In this ESG Talk, which is hosted and curated by our member Intralink Korea, we will explore the critical technologies needed to support Korea's decarbonisation journey. A diverse panel of experts will share insights on the innovations driving progress, the barriers to large-scale deployment, and the strategic roadmap required to accelerate the transition toward a low-carbon future.
