In his previous role, he was responsible for developing new businesses such as hydrogen and low-carbon businesses, as well as setting future strategies. In his current role, he leads the development and execution of CCUS opportunities and projects in the region, communicating with external stakeholders and developing new businesses.
Prior to joining GS Caltex, he worked for Doosan Group in overseas power plant business management and new business development and strategic planning roles in the energy sector, including fuel cell power generation. He has more than 15 years of work experience in the energy sector as an engineer, business manager, and new business developer.Sugang Kim

view moreAyoub has lived in Korea for over 12 years and is the Director of Operations at Intralink Korea. At Intralink, he oversees cleantech and sustainability and has been involved with fuel cells, batteries, carbon capture, energy, and sustainable material technologies, helping western firms in these fields grow revenues, find partners and develop long-term business partnerships in Korea. Ayoub has also authored several market reports on net zero, offshore wind, energy efficiency and green construction. Prior to joining Intralink, Ayoub worked for one of Korea’s largest construction firms, liaising between Korean contractors and international consultants on overseas infrastructure projects. He achieved a Master’s in engineering and management from Mines Saint Etienne in France and Seoul National University and is fluent in five languages including Korean.
